To address the discomfort the homeowner was experiencing due to uneven heating in the house, we were contacted to perform a spring tune-up and resolve the issue of the living room being hotter than the other rooms. Upon inspection, we found the issue was due in part to a filter that needed replacement. The system was tuned up and is now working effectively, providing even heating throughout the home. The state of the house is much improved and the homeowner can now enjoy a comfortable living environment.

Our team was contacted due to a buzzing sound that the customer's system was making during the night, followed by a decrease in cooling efficiency. After a thorough diagnosis of the issue, we found a faulty capacitor as the root cause. In response, we replaced the defective capacitor and performed some additional maintenance on the compressor to ensure optimum cooling. We're certain that the newly replaced components will rectify these recent issues and provide a smoother, more efficient experience.

The customer reached out to us because their system wouldn't shut off. Upon diagnosis, we found that the unit was almost out of freon. A thorough leak search led us to discover faulty valves at the condenser, which were the culprits. We promptly replaced these valves, pressure-tested the system and put the system under vacuum. We're pleased to have resolved the issue, ensuring the system shuts down when it's supposed to.

Our team responded to a call pertaining to a unit that wasn't blowing cold air. After a detailed evaluation, we promptly detected 2 leakage spots as the source of the problem. To effectively address this situation, we proceeded to replace the evaporator coil and the thermal expansion valve. Just checked in at a customer's residence. They were concerned about alleged mold on their unit, as mentioned by a prior company. However, we found their worries to be a bit misplaced. It wasn't mold, simply dust, which is typical for a return plenum. We proposed installing a UV light and advised them to have a routine replacement every two years to maintain peak performance. This step will notably enhance their indoor air quality. Going the extra mile for our customers to ensure they are informed and comfortable is always rewarding for us.

What an interesting day we had with this client! She's been remodeling her beautiful home but ran into an unexpected hitch - her filters were totally impacted and her condenser unit completely clogged. We fixed the issue and suggested the contractors to take a break from their work and turn off the system when they are inside, wouldn't want a repeat of this, would we? Here's to smoother remodels ahead!

After assessing the situation, we found a way to assist without him having to replace the entire thing. Hey, guess what? All it needed was a new evaporator coil! It sounds like a cliché, but a stitch in time truly does save nine. The customer reached out to us as their Lennox system was acting up due to a faulty run cap and an extremely clogged filter and condenser. As they say, prevention is better than cure, right? We jumped into the situation and replaced the faulty run cap and gave the system a thorough clean. Remember, regular maintenance not only keeps your HVAC system running smoothly, but also helps avoid sudden breakdowns that could lead to costlier repairs. So stay on top of it, folks!

Another day, another satisfied customer! This time, we were contacted about a water leak. Quite a mess, the primary was all clogged up, causing the secondary drip pan to fill with water. So, what did we do? We got down to business, took our tools, and flushed the lines! It was like magic, no more water everywhere, no more cause for concern. The relief on our customer's face was all the reward we needed - a great end to a busy workday. A little bit of knowledge, the right tools, and a lot of dedication can turn a messy problem into a solved one! Let's do it all again tomorrow!

We recently visited a customer who rang us up because their AC was on the fritz - it wouldn't kick on at all. The culprit was a blown terminal in the compressor that had leaked out all the refrigerant. Left with two potential solutions, we offered to either replace the condenser or swap out the compressor. Our customer chose to have us replace the compressor. We promptly removed the dud and installed a brand new one. Happy to report everything's running cool and smooth now! Nothing like a job well done.
